Fire destroys trailer in Brodhead

BRODHEAD, Ky. (WTVQ) – Firefighters from several fire departments came out to battle a fire at a trailer on Bowling Ridge Road in Rockcastle Co.

Firefighters from Brodhead and Western Rockcastle say they were dispatched around 6:00 a.m. on Monday to the trailer, located on the county line.  Lincoln Co. fire stations responded shortly thereafter due to the location of the fire.  When firefighters got there, they say a single-wide trailer was fully engulfed and collapsing.

No injuries were reported, and firefighters say the home appeared to be unoccupied.  No injuries were reported.

Firefighters have not released any information about how the fire may have started.
