LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – And so it begins.

The Cats start the program’s run at a ninth national title Friday night.

Albany will be in town to take on UK at Rupp Arena.

It’ll be the first of 3 games in a matter of five days to tip off the 2015-16 campaign.

It’ll also be this season’s version of the Bahamas trip…a great opportunity to gel and bond early…win or lose…to put the pieces together for when it really matters in March.
