Second Trial Set To Begin For James Anthony Gray
Jury selection is scheduled to begin Monday in the retrial of a Scott County man accused of killing his parents.
James Anthony Gray was tried earlier this year for the murders of James and Vivian Gray.
The two were found dead in their home back in 2007.
Gray confessed to killing them but then said he didn’t do it and that his confession was coerced.
His first trial ended in a mistrial back in February after the jury became deadlocked.
