Stoops: “Disappointed in all areas”

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – 42-16 will linger a bit for Solid Blue fans.

The loss to Miss State over the weekend kinda like that trip to LSU last year.  Tigers over the Cats 41-3 in Baton Rouge.

Early on in Starkville it looked like Kentucky had indeed turned things around…that it could compete with the Bulldogs.

But the pace couldn’t be kept and the Cats couldn’t throw a haymaker when State stumbled.

Eventually, UK crumbled down the stretch in the first half and trailed it 28-13 at the break.

It had Mark Stoops upset today at his weekly news conference.
