Three people charged in Lexington robbery

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police say three people have been charged in connection to a reported robbery of a man in the early morning hours of Thursday. Investigators say the reported victim told them he was walking in the 600 block of Maxwelton Court when he was approached by several people in a gold car, and that one of the passengers showed a weapon and robbed him of his personal items.

The man told police the suspects drove off after the robbery. He gave investigators a description of the vehicle, which a Lexington Police detective spotted later the same day. As a result, investigators say three people were charged in the case. Damontrial Fulgham was charged with Robbery 1st Degree along with Charon Alexander. Those two suspects were taken to jail, according to police. Investigators say a third suspect, Hannah Young, was cited for Facilitation to Robbery 1st Degree along with an unrelated charge of Receiving Stolen Property (auto).
