LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Recruiting winners isn’t easy to do when you”re a program that’s typically losing football games.

But Mark Stoops has made a habit of recruiting winning mentalities at least to Lexington.

Not every guy on the roster comes from a state championship background by any means.

But Kentucky is trying to change the culture and it starts with getting winners into the program.
