Wayne Co. Schools closed due to boil water advisory

MONTICELLO, Ky. (WTVQ) -Students in Wayne Co. will enjoy a long weekend and a shortened school week.

Wayne Co. Schools will not be open Monday due to a county-wide boil water advisory.  No word on how long the advisory will be in effect or when school will re-open.

Residents are reminded to boil their water for at least three minutes before using it for cooking or drinking.
