Registered Sex Offender Arrested Over Facebook Page

State Police said they received a complaint that Mark Laber, 48, of Grayson, who is a registered sex offender, owned and operated a Facebook.com account under his name.

Investigators said they determined Laber was operating a Facebook.com social network account.

On Thursday, Laber was arrested and charged with Sex Offender IM/Chat/Social Network Use.

He was lodged in the Carter County Detention Center.

The case is still under investigation.
