Murder Investigation In Henry County

A man is in jail after a shooting in Smithfield in Henry County.

It happened around 3 p.m. on Ballardsville Road.

State Police say they arrested James Fowler, 57, and charged him with murder.

Troopers say Joseph Bibelhauser, 61, was shot in the head yesterday after a fight about property.

They say he was pronounced dead at the scene.
