LPD: 3-year-old found naked near pond, father arrested

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Lexington father was arrested after police say they found his 3-year-old son alone and naked near a pond on Friday.

According to the police report, 31-year-old Justin Fuller’s 3-year-old son was found several hundred yards away from his home.

Officers say the boy was covered in filth with no clothes on. The child was almost hit by a vehicle while walking down the road.

Police say when they arrived at his home on Ferguson Road, Fuller tried hiding pipes and drugs.

Police have charged Fuller with wanton endangerment, endangering the welfare of a minor and other charges.
