Two injured in 3-car collision

WOODFORD CO., Ky. (WTVQ) – Two people were injured a three-car collision late Friday morning, said Woodford Fire Department.

Around 11:30, sudden blinding rain forced a woman to stop on I-64 westbound, near Exit 65. The cars behind her did not see her stop, and crashed into her said crews on the scene.

According to Fire Department authorities, one person reported back pain, and the other sported a head  wound.

While there was a traffic backup in that area shortly after the crash, the Fire Department said it is now open.
