Tree falls on car in Xerox parking lot
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- A tree fell on a car Monday during the storm in Lexington. The car was in the Xerox parking lot off of Yorkshire Boulevard. No one was hurt.
The storm left widespread damage throughout Central Kentucky. Many roads and streets were covered in debris and high waters. And in Lexington, several traffic lights were out. The city reminded drivers to treat flashing lights as four-way stops.
As of right now, KU says about 9,000 customers in Kentucky are without power. And Blue Grass Energy says it has 95 outages in the state, affecting about 2,600 customers.
