State Shuts Down Lexington Day Care

According to the state, the ‘Tiny Town’ daycare on West Main Street did not comply with safety requirements. The state says the day care was alerted of the problems and did not fix them by a May deadline. Tiny Town’s license expired last month.

The day care plans to appeal the decision.
