Woman arrested, fraud and assault

LONDON, KY. (WTVQ) – Laurel County Police report a woman was arrested on July 4, at approximately 2:35 p.m., off Earl Howard Road.

Ladonna Ping was charged with 4^th degree assault and fraudulent use of a credit card. According to police, the alleged victim was her mother.
