KSP: Man identified, after crashing into police cruiser twice

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – KSP says they have identified the man who fled after crashing into a State Police cruiser twice with a semi truck back on May 29, injuring KSP Trooper Foley.

Richard D. Wyatt of London was already in custody for unrelated charges, says Sergeant Steve Walker, when KSP obtained an arrest warrant for the man.  

The morning of July 6, Wyatt was charged with 1st Degree assault on a police officer, 1st degree criminal mischief and leaving the scene of an accident.
