Train impedes search for robbery suspect

(LEXINGTON, K.y.) – A train stops the search for a robbery suspect in its tracks.

Police say a man walked into the Shell Station on South Broadway in Lexington at around 1:40 a.m. Tuesday. 

They say he was carrying a gun and wearing a white mask over his face.After getting some cash, he ran off.

Police brought in the K9 unit, who tracked the suspect to nearby train tracks.But a train came through just as the dogs were tracking and police say they lost the scent.
