KSP: One dead, three injured in collision

HAZARD, Ky. (WTVQ) – A collision killed one and injured three others late Monday evening, on Combs Road in Perry County.

Investigators say 40-year-old Kevin Fugate was traveling south on Combs road when his vehicle crossed into the oncoming lane and stuck an SUV  

The driver of the SUV, Leigh Ann Sephens, District Judge on Perry County, and her passenger Stephen Wiremen were reportedly transported to Hazard Appalachian Regional Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries

Fugate’s passenger, 42-year-old Della Friley remains in critical condition, says KSP, in the UK medical center.

Kevin Fugate was pronounced dead at the scene, by the Perry County coroner’s office.
