Company acquires Avectus Healthcare Solutions

CORINTH, Miss. (AP) — Corinth-based Avectus Healthcare Solutions has been acquired by a Kentucky company.

Terms of the sale to Bolder Healthcare Solutions of Louisville, Kentucky, were not announced. The deal was announced in June.

Avectus coordinates third-party liability accounts and resolution of workers’ compensation accounts for hospitals and trauma centers.

Avectus Operations Manager Chip Wood tells The Daily Corinthian (http://bit.ly/1Hui6kq ) that the company will stay in Corinth. He said company is expanding into the former Chadco building, which will be renovated.

Wood says the company has 250 employees in Corinth.

Also in June, Bolder acquired The ROI Companies of Baltimore. ROU is a leading provider of healthcare revenue cycle management.

With the additions, Bolder now has over 1,500 employees in the U.S. and India serving over 500 clients across 47 states.
