Police: Three people shot, one critically injured at Douglass Park

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Lexington Police say they are investigating a shooting at Douglass Park that happened around 9 p.m. Sunday.  Police say officers were patrolling the park when they heard several gunshots and found three people injured. Officials say two of the victims are expected to recover, but the other may not make it. Police say they are searching for any information that can lead to the suspect(s) involved in the shooting.

"It was a large basketball tournament out here so when the shots were fired there was a lot of chaos, so we’re having difficulty identifying witnesses," said Lieutenant Jonathan Bastian.
