Medical Marijuana Bill Pre-Filed In Frankfort

State Senator Perry Clark of Louisville has pre-filed a bill in Frankfort for next year’s legislative session that would allow patients to use medical marijuana for Cancer, HIV/AIDS, Multiple Sclerosis and other serious medical conditions.

A doctor’s recommendation would be needed.

Senator Clark said it would be for medical uses only.

He said it is not an attempt to legalize marijuana.
