Man accused of burning down Lexington home

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police make an arrest in an arson case in Lexington.

William Ball, Jr. is accused of setting a fire at a home on May 20th.

Court documents say Ball called the victim and said he would burn his house down.

Ball was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly stole items from a purse at the Wing Zone.

Documents say while being booked,  Ball dropped heroin on the ground at police headquarters.
