UPDATE: Arrest made in Clark Co. murder

WINCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ) – An arrest has been made in the murder of Roy Combs in Clark Co.

Kentucky State Police say they received a call around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday about a fight that left one man dead and another man injured off Athens-Boonesboro Road in Clark Co.

Investigators say they found 25-year-old Roy Combs dead at the scene, and believe a second person suffered non-life threatening injuries after the argument. 

Police have now arrested Don Attaway, who has been charged in the murder.  Police are still investigating, and say there are other possible suspects.
