Water shortage advisory issued in Estill County

ESTILL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Estill County Emergency Management has issued a critical water shortage warning in that county.

All customers with Irvine Municipal Utilities (IMU) and the Estill Water District are being asked to only use water for necessities.
 
Officials say problems have occurred with the water system due to recent flooding.

They say the water companies are working quickly to resolve the issues.
