Laurel County man accused of biting ex during domestic dispute

Deputies there say they got a call from the man’s ex, whom he lived with. According to them, she reported 46-year-old James Partin shoved her, spit on her and bit her face.

Partin was found walking around drunk. Deputies are charging him with assault and intoxication.
