Police, firefighters searching for Lexington boy

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington police and firefighters have been searching for a missing 12 year-old boy for just under an hour after receiving a call from the boy’s parents.
Investigators say Joshua Winburn’s parents last saw him around 6 a.m. Wednesday morning at his home on Niagara Drive. A neighbor tells police they saw him around 9. Joshua may be wearing a brown Carhartt jacket. He is 5’4", and 80 lbs.
Officers stress the importance of finding Joshua soon, as exposure to the extreme cold could become life-threatening in short order. Anyone with any information about Joshua’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
