UPDATE: Missing Lexington child found
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington police say they have found a child that had been missing since 6 this morning.
According to officers, 12 year-old Joshua Winburn was found playing video games with a friend on Thames Drive, only a few blocks away from his home.
