Police: Man solicited child for sex
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Lexington man is accused of trying to hook up with a minor over Facebook for sex.
Court documents say 40-year-old Hershell Peyton used Facebook messenger to communicate with a 12-year-old girl.
Documents say Peyton sent a picture of his penis to the child then attempted to meet with her for sex.
Documents also say the child said repeatedly in conversations that she was only 12.
