Man accused of sexually abusing intellectually disabled adults

The Attorney General’s Office says police arrested Damon Heath today.

Investigators say Heath worked for Community Choices Limited, which manages some facilities in Frankfort.

Heath is accused of sexual contact with two adult victims from April 2013 to this month.
