Sexual exploitation arrest in Laurel County

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Detectives in London arrested a man for sexual exploitation after receiving a complaint that he was soliciting a minor for sex.

Investigators say Boyd Wagers, 40, had used his cell phone to commit the crime.  He was arrested Tuesday at 10:45 a.m.  Authorities took his cell phone for a forensic examination.  Wagers was charged with sex offenses.
