Teenager Killed In Boyle County Accident
A teenager was killed following an accident in Boyle county Thursday.
The Boyle County Sheriff’s Office said they responded to Highway 33 in Danville at around 8:30 p.m. to a report of a single-car accident.
Deputies said the 17-year-old driver went off the road, hit a tree and the car flipped, landing on a rock wall.
His 17-year-old passenger was thrown from the car.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver suffered minor injuries, according to the sheriff.
Deputies said neither were wearing seat belts.
