Woman Hit And Killed By Car In Letcher County
Troopers in Letcher County are investigating after a pedestrian was hit and killed by a car in Colson.
Troopers said it happened Saturday evening. They report getting a call for a pedestrian vs vehicle on Highway 7.
47-year-old Connie Meade was found dead when troopers arrived. They said Meade was lying in the roadway when she was struck.
Troopers don’t suspect foul play and the accident is under investigation.
