Find Out How You Can Help A Lexington Chef Feed The Hungry

Lexington Chef Love Talley is asking for the community’s help in identifying families who may not have a Christmas dinner without donations.

Chef Talley’s goal was to provide a free holiday meal with all the trimmings to 50 area families this Christmas.

The meals could be served Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or the day after Christmas, according to Talley.

As of Monday, December 22, Talley said he still had meals available for six more families and was asking for nominations from the public.

Chef Talley provided meals at Thanksgiving for the less fortunate and paid for it all out of his own pocket.

Since he more than doubled the number of meals to be provided at Christmas, he asked for financial donations from the community.

You can make a financial donation at any Chase Bank branch or drop it off at Survivors Bar & Grill at 161 East Reynolds Road in Lexington.
