Golden Alert Issued For Laurel County Man

Sheriff John Root reported a "Golden Alert" was issued for a male subject reported missing on Saturday afternoon December 20, 2014 at approximately 3 PM.

Deputy Brandon Broughton along with Deputy Robbie Grimes were dispatched to a complaint that 71-year-old Michael Salisbury apparently had an argument with his wife on Friday afternoon December 19, 2014 at 1 PM had left the residence and has not returned.

Salisbury takes various types of medication and is a diabetic and has to have insulin shots. Salisbury is from London and described as 5’8", 250 pounds, medium build, brown eyes, short gray hair.

Deputies report he was wearing a beige colored jacket and possibly a hat. They said he was last seen leaving Robinson Road driving a black colored 2005 Chevrolet extended cab Colorado pickup truck- unknown destination.
