Police: Alcohol a Factor in Store Defecation

Lexington Police said a man was drunk when he allegedly entered a business on Newtown Pike and defecated on the floor.
 
According to court documents, Jason Smart was in the middle of the act when police entered the store.
 
Officers said he also removed a "Keep Out" sign that had been posted.
 
Court documents show Smart is currently facing burglary charges.
