Man Suspected Of Double Shooting Arrested

Police said there has been an arrest made and charges filed against a man they said was involved in a double shooting earlier in November.

Officers said 19-year-old Marcellis Devon Means shot two people in a car on November first near Charles Avenue and Oak Street.

Means has been charged with two counts of assault.
