One Treated After Fire In Lexington Apartment
One person was treated for smoke inhalation after a small fire broke out in a Lexington apartment Thursday.
It happened at an apartment on Liberty Road.
Firefighters say food left cooking on the stove started the fire.
They say it was out by the time they arrived, but there was heavy smoke in the apartment.
The occupant was treated for smoke inhalation but no one else was hurt.
The damage to the apartment was minimal.
