New Driver’s License Office In Lexington Burglarized

Lexington Police said the new Fayette County driver’s license office on Winchester Road was burglarized over the weekend after only being open a week.

Investigators said someone used a tool to break-in to the office safe and steal money. 

Police said there was no sign of forced entry and that all of the doors were still locked.

Anyone with information in the case is asked to call Lexington Police at 859-294-3600.
