Woman Gets Hit After Jumping Out Of Car In Laurel County

 The Laurel County Sheriff said three people were arrested after a woman was hit after jumping out of a car near London.
 
 According to deputies the woman, identified as Carrie Martin, 25, got into a fight with her husband, one of the occupants of the car, and tried to jump from that car on U.S. 25 just before 11 p.m. Saturday.
 
 When the driver stopped, deputies said Martin jumped out. and was hit by another car.
 
 Martin was airlifted to the University of Kentucky hospital with serious injuries.
 
 The sheriff said when they arrived to investigate, they discovered the driver of the car Martin was in, Rhonda Clouse, 47, was intoxicated.
 
 She was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and disorderly conduct.
 
 Two of the car’s passengers, Chad Martin, 28, and Timothy Ayres, 40, were also arrested.
 
 They were charged with public intoxication.
 
 Martin was also charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest
