Woman And Toddler Wearing Seat Belts Survive Bad Accident

State Police said a Casey County woman and her two-year old passenger, who were both wearing seat belts, survived a bad accident on West KY 70.

Investigators said Tiffany Emerson, 24, of Liberty, was driving a 2007 Pontiac, westbound on West KY 70, when the car dropped off the shoulder.

State Police said Emerson lost control of her vehicle and it overturned.

Investigators said Emerson and her passenger, Roman Decker, 2, of Liberty, were treated and released from Casey County Hospital.
