Fugitive Indicted For Bail Jumping

A Fayette County grand jury indicted John Buckley IV on bail-jumping and tampering with a prison monitoring device Wednesday.

Buckley is on the run after failing to return to court and cutting off his ankle monitor.

He was on trial for sexual assault, and hasn’t been seen since Friday.
