Talkin’ Season Over For Cats

UK kicks off the regular season at noon over at Commonwealth Stadium against UT-Martin.

For head coach Mark Stoops, we’ve heard it all this week.  It’s key to come out and play well…to have fans in the stands…for Patrick Towles to settle in early behind center…and for some talented freshmen to come right in and make an impact.

Talkin’ season is over.  Stoops knows it’s finally time to walk the walk and that’s why he has his team going harder on Fridays this season than last year.

It used to be that Thursday was the last heavy day of practice, but now, it’s punishing up to game day in hopes of getting better results.
