Outstanding prosecutors honored in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) — Kentucky’s top prosecutors have been honored during a statewide conference in Lexington.

The recipients of the 2014 Outstanding Commonwealth’s and County Attorney Awards were announced as part of the Kentucky Prosecutors Conference last week.

Letcher County Commonwealth’s Attorney Edison Banks and Warren County Commonwealth’s Attorney Chris Cohron received the Outstanding Commonwealth’s Attorney Awards. Cohron previously received the award in 2007.

The Outstanding County Attorney Awards went to Adair County Attorney Jennifer Hutchinson-Corbin and Christian County Attorney Mike Foster, a four-time recipient of the honor.
