UPDATE: Madison County Jail Escapee Recaptured

Richmond Police said that jail escapee Flora Carrier was recaptured Sunday, a month after failing to return to jail from a doctor’s appointment on June 13, 2014. 

Authorities said Carrier faced an escape charge to go along with her original charges of theft and burglary.
