Crews Cleaning Up Oil Leak In Powell County

 A theft caused an oil leak in Powell county on Thursday.
 Dispatchers said thieves stole piping from the abandoned oil tank near High Rock Road and Pilot Road.
 The tank contained 800 to 900 gallons of oil.
 The oil began leaking into a creek that runs into the Red River.
 Powell County Emergency Management and the Environmental Protection Agency arrived at the scene and began cleaning up.
 They plan to continue their cleanup efforts on Friday.
