KSP: Pendleton County Man Cited After 49 Horses Found Dead On His Farm

State Police said a Pendleton County man was cited after 49 horses were found dead on his farm.

Investigators said Larry Browning, 63, of Butler, was cited for 49-counts of not disposing of an animal carcass (horses) within 48-hours.

State Police said they assisted Pendleton County Animal Control in the case, which remained under investigation.

Investigators said further charges were pending against Browning.
