Lexington-Fayette County records highest single-day increase two days in a row
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington-Fayette County Health Department reported Saturday COVID-19 cases in the county top its own record from Friday.
The health department says 167 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in the latest report.
It also reports three new deaths, bringing the total to 69 people in Fayette County.
There has been 7,000 cases of COVID-19 in the Lexington area since the pandemic began.
