Fugitive from Florida arrested in Floyd County

IVEL, Ky. (WTVQ) – A man wanted in Florida for not following sex offender registry laws was arrested in Floyd County, according to the sheriff’s department.

Deputies say they responded to a call of a suspicious person with a gun in the Ivel community.

Investigators say 68-year old Kenneth Mullins, from Lakeland, Florida, was arrested on the outstanding charge from Florida.
