Teenager missing in Laurel County

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- A 16-year-old is missing in Laurel County.

According to the sheriff, Justin Francis was last seen Wednesday off West Cumberland Gap Parkway around 9:40 p.m.

He was wearing a gray shirt, black pants and black shoes.
