KSP: Man arrested for exchanging sexual images with young girl

KNOTT COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A man is in custody after troopers say they found child pornography in his Knott County home.

Kentucky State Police say troopers arrested 39-year-old Elvis W. Stamper Tuesday after they say he was caught exchanging sexually-explicit pictures online with an underage girl.

Investigators say they searched Stamper’s home and seized the equipment used to commit the crime.

Stamper is charged with possessing or viewing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, prohibited use of an electronic communication system to procure a minor and distribution of obscene matter to a minor.
