Car Collides With Semi On Palumbo Drive In Lexington

The driver of the car reportedly told officers he had a flashing yellow arrow to turn left from Palumbo Drive onto Old Todd’s Road.

According to the driver, he yielded for the semi to go through the green light.

But the man said his windows were fogged up and he turned left too early, t-boning the back side of the semi. 

He was taken to the hospital but is expected to be okay.

The semi driver was not hurt.
